Return/Refund Policy

No cash/credit refunds.


Please read the following info carefully to determine if your item and/or items are eligible for a return/exchange.


All stainless steel accessories, handbags, and socks  are FINAL SALE.


Unused 14k Gold and 925 Sterling Silver items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a store credit. Broken Gold and Silver items can be repaired or exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date.


Personalized items are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless the item has incorrect spelling or personalization caused on the behalf of our company. Personalized items can be repaired if broken within 10 days from the delivery date.

Please fill out the form provided below to request a return/exchange.


Once your return/exchange request is accepted a form to include in the returned package will be sent via email. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ANY ITEMS BACK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE EMAILED FORM OF ACCEPTANCE.


After receiving approval on the returned item and/or items a store credit of the original amount will be issued. The Jolie Collection does not refund the cost of shipping when a product is returned.


Please allow up to 15 working days for your return/repair to be processed.
